believe everything that had happened that

morning.

The police needed to ask Billie some

questions about the burglary. Then they put

handcuffs on the two thieves. They didn’t

seem to object at all and were quite well

behaved munching away on the sprout and

spinach flavoured snacks.

“You were so brave, Billie,” said Miss

Crumble. “It must have been very

frightening. You did all the right things.”
