When you’re feeling upset by the bullying remember

                   the things you are good at and tell yourself that you are
                   great as you are and that it is the bullies with the problem.
                   When you can teach yourself to believe in yourself and not

                   believe other people’s lies and put-downs you will stay
                   more confident.


                          Confidence in yourself will give you a kind of shield
                   against the bullying and it may affect you less.

                          Remember: you are great just as you are!
