Lauren’s Story
I’ll admit it. Gary is ok as a friend.
Josh is too. I’m taking back what I
said about not bothering with friends
this summer.
What happened at the lake today
with Al and Specks made me think.
When it comes to choosing which
people to hang out with you should
always use your instincts. I’ve always
known Gary and Josh were nice.
Something really crazy inside me kept
telling me I couldn’t be friends with
them. They don’t understand what life
is like for me. But really Gary’s dad is
like my mum in a way. So that’s one
person who does understand. Gary
