At eight o’clock the next morning we were
back at the computer. Computer on, cd in
and game loaded, the clock on the screen
showed the correct time.
“Watch carefully,” I said. “We must have
missed some explanation yesterday. Maybe
we’re supposed to click on something
else?”
“What’s it doing?” Jake was saying. “It’s
got the date wrong hasn’t it?”
MONDAY 12th MAY 11 A.M.
had appeared across the screen. That was
two days’ time.
The picture started. It was another
familiar scene: our school classroom.
