meant ‘Yes please’. She spread a little
marmite over half a slice, chopped the
crusts off, cut it neatly into little toast fingers
and placed them on the tray in front of him.
Billie accepted the other half and ate it up
quickly. Harry’s toast fingers flew through
the air and hit the kitchen wall.
“Well,” sighed Mrs Bizkit. “I won’t be
making any more. You’ll be hungry later
young man. What am I going to do with
you?”
For some reason Harry would never eat
any breakfast. He wouldn’t eat lunch either
or tea or supper. For some reason Harry
didn’t like food and, so far, no one had been
