The Chicken Street Gang made their way
to the lounge. All the residents were looking
clean and perfect too.
“Mrs Young asked us to wear our posh
clothes today!” said Gran.
“You look like you’re all about to go to a
wedding!” Poppy gasped.
Everyone laughed.
“Well, we won’t be looking like that for the
whole day,” said Gran. “Now, gather round
everyone. Let’s go through the plan one
more time and make sure everyone knows
what they have to do!”
Twenty minutes later everyone was in
position. The residents spread themselves
out around the big house and were ready
